Rude customer service from Makro Crown mines

I was at the Makro Crown Mines store to purchase a fridge, there was no one to assist, kept on being sent from pillar to post, finally when someone(Victor) arrived, he doesn't even give attention to answer questions one might have. I found him to be very rude when dealing me.
