Rude customer care consultant
I bought 2 items online but only one was delivered order noMAK*** . I have been calling but nothing as to when l will get my second item . Today l spoke to Bongi she was sweet and lastly Makhosazana but in between them l spoke to a lady who did not even introduce herself she was very rude kept talking about me on the back ground l hope you check your system and deal with her accordingly
