Rude call centre staff

When calling into the Call centre number *** this afternoon at 12:30 and 12:31, both agents I spoke with ends the call literally while you speaking.

I couldn't get the first agents name, but the second agent's name was Nkosinathi.

Why do you have a call centre with staff that is rude and willing to assist.
