RUDE AND *********** STAFF MEMBERS

On the 1st of July 2020 I was served by *********** and rude staff members at Makro Riversands. Not only did they waste my time, the other one continued to have a verbal altercation with me which almost escalated to a physical one. I have since a logged a complaint with the customer care centre on 2nd and to this day no one has ever made any contact with me. I can conclude that the staff is not well trained and have no idea as to what is happening in the store. I have since decided I will not be shopping at Makro ever again.
