rude and disrespectful

Today I visited makro shop in Springfield when I went to make the payment at till 28 the lady with a name tag written zandile was very rude to us. When we tried to ask some clarity she did not respond. When packing our goods she was literally throwing them. I asked her why she is doing this again she remained silent. What a bad experience as I normally shop at makro in a manzimtoti and have never experienced such poor customer treatment.
