Rude and arrogant staff at Marko

Most unhelpful and arrogant staff I've ever seen. The staff is more interested in joking and chatting to each other and will do anything NOT to assist you. When you manage to interrupt their social chat group to ask assistance they rudely respond with their standard reply "sold out". They don't even look before they mumble those words. After spending time searching myself I found one of he items they told me was sold out. This is not the first time I've experienced this arrogance and laziness from the staff at Makro Strubensvally but yesterday was the last time as I wont return to Marko.
