Rude and abusive due too their own incompetence

We have been using Makro at my company for a while to deliver us various supplies from daily consumables to furniture. We placed an order for consumables and a few other things and requested it to be delivered to the company, which operates from Monday to Friday. This was not a problem in the past. The last order we placed they tried to deliver on a SUNDAY! Nobody was there for obvious reasons. They contacted us on the Monday and we explained we are not open on Sundays and if they could please do a weekday delivery. Not a very difficult request. They then tried to deliver on the next SUNDAY!. The called our office on Monday and spoke with our admin lady and became quite abusive and rude. I find this kind of treatment DISGUSTING and I will not accept that a company like Makro can treat its customers like this. I will especially not let them talk to my staff like this. I shall be canceling my order and will never use Makro again!
