rude accounts department unhelpful
rude staff telling me i dont have to answer your questions when they list my account as an incorrect amount and list me

They have listed me on transunion for an amount of R339000 when my account is up to date and my balance is R3389 all i asked was to please rectify this and asked how would they feel if in my shoes. and the response was i dont have to answer your questions,
This is very unfair to me as a consumer to be unfairly listed when my account is u to date
