I bought a laptop and one day it updated and wiped out everything on my laptop. And when it finished the wifi, bluetooth and other networks dont work. I took it in and a technician said he would fix it I should bring in the dell diskthe next dday and it would be ready in 4hrs.. I waited for hours and when I went back 4hrs later it was untouched and was told I should come 3 days later a technician would have fixed it. I called 3 days later and the guy says caome friday. When I expressed my displeasure he told me he was doing me a favour. He will book my laptop in and it will take 3-6 weeks to fix....what kind of bull is that. I need my laptop fixed. Dont buy Makro stuff cause you wont be with yiur laptop for 3-6 weeks. This is for my work.And its still within service plan.
