Rotten meat

we bought meat at Makro Riversands the end of Oct 2029 , firstly we wanted to make Ox-tail , it was rotten and had a awful smell , we took it back as rotten as it was , however we thought that it was only the Ox-tail , we also wanted to make the Sirloin steak , it was rotten as well , we had to buy take away,s on 2 occasions now because of this , please dont buy meat at Makro
