Rogue Operation
I bought a oximeter at the Makro Online store on 1st June 2023 , got delivered to a friend's address in Pietermaritzburg as he required one as a matter of urgency. I dies not work, he tried six different brand new batteries, but the device doesn't even come on.
I have sent complaint emails but not even an acknowledgement that they received it.
Makro Online store is a rogue operation in my view, as they say this oximeter can only be bought online.
If I knew this earlier at least I could have made a plan my friend requires it urgently for his health.
