I bought a generator from Makro , after using it for 5 times it stopped working, I returned it they booked it for service, I waited 4 weeks without a generator which affected my production big time, shocking enough they sent me a message to say it's ready for collection after collecting it , it worked for 3 times stopped working once again, can I have a proper generator please, I'm currently hiring everyday to execute my work, this is truly gross , after returning it I was called to say I must pay 630 for them to fix it, where is the warranty, Makro is truly a joke. I bought the generator because I wanted to use it not keeping it in their repairs warehouse, if I can not be given a new working generator can I please be refunded my money
