Two Sundays ago I walked into the Makro Strubenvale store and did my groceries. As per norm at the ends of it all we proceeded to the checkout and were helped by a cashier. Little did I know that I would leave that till ******. The cashier proceeded to ring all our items and at the end I assume requested a cashback of R250 from my total amount, this unfortunately I did not see and I was not aware of.

Two days later a gentleman by the name August from the store calls me to make me aware of this and he ends of with a "we will investigate this matter and come back to you", I proceeded to check my invoice and realised that there was an unauthorized R250 cashback request to my account. It is now 10 days later I do not have any information or progress, let alone when I will get my money back and I now have to resort to coming here.
