I bought items quite a few picture frames and one 3 pack was delivered damaged. I have left countless of emails and messages but non has returned my emails or calls. This is shocking and I would advise that you don't buy online from Makro. Either the staff is *********** or they sell too many defected goods that they are unable to keep up with the complaints. Never again.
