RIGHT ORDER WRONG DELIVERY
Once again I have had bad service from Makro.
I ordered a few items from Makro which included a rechargeable light. First I received an email saying one of the items I had ordered was out of stock, no phone call from customer service if I required an alternative.
The rechargeable light was delivered in a box which had clearly been opened and retaped. The light I received was not what I had ordered. I have sent an email to Makro requesting a replacement with what I had ordered but up until now have received no response whatsoever
