ridiculously *********** online service
Every time i order from makro online i have some issue or another especially when its coming from the Centurion Branch.
Last order i orded fridges and a freezer they took 2 week to deliver after calling them continuously my order came to the wrong address
The following time i orded groceries for my store instead of delivering 2 cases nutella they only delivered 2 units of Nutella.
The online manager is never available to assist the switch board ladies dont know whats going on.
I will never order from Makro online again!
