Ridiculous Services pathetic
Ordered a school dictionary online and days later order was canceled and they said refund will be paid back into our account but nothing has been paid and their time framed has lapsed.I need the money back to buy that dictionary for my child else where.

05 Jun 2024, 16:59I received a call yesterday but not solution.I need my money back into my account.I spoke to some lady who didn't even know when and how will this be resolved, only said she will escalate the matter as a matter go urgency and she will give me update daily.So I haven't hears anything from you guys.Just pay my money because I don't think I will ever bother myself ordering anything from your pathetic company not even a walk-in purchase.Bad and very bad customer services
