Ridiculous

I have been trying the whole day to try and simply change a delivery date but it is such a mission, either I get cut off, email doesn't work or told to wait for feedback. I placed online order last night and unfortunately something came up today so I won't be available tomorrow to collect the delivery, all I ask is the date change to Thursday but you make it so difficult
