Reward of your choice to the value of R4000

I recently purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from your Woodmead branch online. The promotion said "Buy and get a reward of your choice to the value of R4000", which is why I selected this particular model! So, how do I claim this reward? I tried to phone the support sumber, but after holding for 25 minutes, the support person had no idea what I was talking about. So, I tried the "Contact Us" button on Makro's website, but I have not had a reply. So, I have to rely on hellopeter.
