Revolting Service

Makro online is appalling, the service is revolting 🤮

Imagine missing a day off work, because you are expecting a delivery that you have been waiting for, for almost 2 weeks only to be sent an email “ we’ve had to cancel your order due to no stock”

Are you kidding me!!!? 2 weeks later!!? And you only deciding now to tell me!!? No Wonder your rating is 2.2, your service is appalling and it is not about to change any time soon because y’all don’t care anyway.

Looking forward to not hearing from you like how I never heard anything from the emails I’ve sent.
