Revolting online platform

Be warned...I would stay far away from shopping online at Makro. I logged a return four weeks ago where the consultant whom I spoke to over the phone actually confirmed seeing my request to return. I'm still sitting with the items and they are all faulty. This is the most disgusting online platform I have ever dealt with. They give you reference numbers and they don't seem to serve as anything. I am going to get to the highest person in charge because selling broken or faulty items is the same as *****ing someone's money
