Review for Makro Centurion – Extremely Disappointed

I purchased a fridge and washing machine from Makro Centurion on 22 February 2025, and I am still waiting for delivery. This was an in-store purchase, and at the time of purchase, both items were in stock. The sales representative promised delivery within two days, but that has not happened.

Since then, I have received nothing but excuses—first, I was told the washing machine had a dent, then it was suddenly out of stock. Later, they claimed they were checking with Makro Woodmead, and at one point, I was promised that my fridge would be delivered earlier. Despite all of this, nothing has been delivered.

I have visited the store three times to follow up, yet the sales team has been unhelpful, unresponsive, and completely ignoring me. I have been waiting four days without any feedback, and my frustration has reached its peak.

If you are considering buying furniture or electronics—even in person—I strongly recommend going elsewhere. The lack of service, accountability, and communication from Makro Centurion has been beyond disappointing.
