Returns to makro when buying online

I have had the worst experience with Makro online. We bought a bicycle on the 25th November. It arrived faulty and two months later we are still waiting for them to collect the faulty bicycle. We do not live close to a makro branch and so we need them to collect it. They keep blaming the courier company when I am dealing with them. This is shocking service.
