**** returns policy at Makro, Be aware

Don't ever make a mistake of ordering online from Makro. I ordered a bag and the specifications were not what I expected so I returned the bag. The supplier received the bag on 16/01/2025. Till date I have not received my refund, every time I call they say that my case is being escalated.
