Returns : painful process
i have logged a return on the 10 March, its almost 2 weeks later, and still no communication, on when the item will be collected let alone refunded. ***8
This is really ridiculous , it surely cannot be such a difficult process to return, and refund. Why is it always such, that when purchases are done, its quick to take payment, but such a tedious process to return an item, because it doesn't work.
