Good day
I recently purchased a ps5 from makro and when I returned it within the 14 day period due to unexpected expenses they said I couldn't return it because the seal was broken, but when I purchased it they said I had 14 days to return it which I did but failed to mention that it must not be opened and now I can't get my money back because it's in the original packaging but the seal is broken
