Returns and refunds

I'm really getting tired of following up on this return and refund query with Major and worst of there's no update and no payment sinceit was logged on 03/10/2023. This is pathetic. When will order MAK*** be refunded or must I wait till the 03rd of November 2023. This is ridiculous cause you said refund queries take about 3 - 5 working days and its been 2 weeks now
