On the 29th of june I have requested a return and it was approved furthermore i received an email stating that the item will be collected within 2 to 4 working days, I am yet still waiting for the collection to take place,on the 9th oreceived a call from makro asking if the item has been used already the courier guy promised that it will be collected the next day but no one came to collect the item ,it is long overdue and no one is taking accountability this is really frustrating and unprofessional service i ever received so far. Please find a better option to fix this matter as soon as possible because i am tired of waiting.
