I bought an office chair on 23 Feb 2022..delivery 2 March 2022. After assembling the chair i realized it was just way too small. Contacted call centre..logged rhe return online with photos etc. The bottom of chair cannot be assembled as I hve explained..rhe mechanism locks..which i have explained numerous times..but they still insisting a photo with full chaur in original packaging..my weekly calls gets logged and up today..4th April i still do not have an answer! I will not wver buy an item online from Makro again!
