Returning of Goods Online Mackro.

So I have posted before about Makro, hoping they would change. They have came to pick up the return AFTER me posting here however it's been 2 days since then and I havent gotten any feedback! I am so frustrated at this point as I have sent over several emails and no one got back to me? Can someone from the Makro department kindly laise with me as I just want to get my money back and will not order with your company again! I have a full time job of which I cannot sit by phone and keep chasing after them. As when it was payment time I never make them chase after me. Kindly provide me with feedback on my email *** regarding the goods of the Indian detoxing nuts.
