Returned product delays

I've returned a item which was broken upon delivery.makro haven't contacted me as yet as to what is happening with my returned product no communication from there site at all I've send mails no reply from them oh I've called they're phone just rings again money down the drain trying to call them I'm going on holiday soon I wil never ever buy again online from makro
