Returned Online Makro order and get no replacement, no refund.... no feedback....

Dear Makro

I am reaching out on this platform as after numberous phone calls, whatsapps with your stupid BOT and even your "rate your online experience" survey... i still have NO word from you as to an update on the return i did on the one item on Makro Order MAK***

I ordered a set of SDS drill bits... i have MANY SDS drill bits, but needed LONG ones to drill 3x holes to run conduit and cable from my house to my garage....

Order the SDS bits, with a small grinder...

Order delivered....

Make hole number 1.... one bits tips break off.... Use the slightly smaller dia bit, finish hole 1, make hole 2.... and same thing... tip breaks.... Take the next smaller dia bit... same thing....

ALL my other SDS bits are just fine... i used these bits in a SDS drill.... nothing new going on here....

So i log the return, makro collected the bits....

AND

SILENCE....

You going to replace the bits? Refund me??

I HEAR NOTHING FROM YOU
