Returned items not refunded
I am not received refunds for 2 orders from the beginning of November. I have sent back all 3 return items together on the 11th November in a single box (Courier Guy collected). The one return has been concluded and refunded, but the other 2 have not. How can 1 be concluded when all 3 items were sent together? I would like to know the status of the other 2 refunds as it has been over a month now.

I have not received refunds for the outstanding items I returned: 3x Backpacks: 297, Glue 1 pack refund R40The only refunds I have received were the items that were in stock when I placed the order and were subsequently cancelled by you and the silicone bags I returned. The Backpacks (or what was delivered which were laptop sleeves not backpacks) and the glue were returned in the SAME BOX as the silicone bags but were never refunded.
I have also sent multiple service requests about this upwards of 10 and never get any real feedback.

29 Apr 2025, 09:08Someone called me over a week ago (16th April) about this and we went through everything on they phone. They said that they see the refund had not been processed for R337 and would submit to Finance. I still have not received my refund. Please advise?
