Returned damaged and incomplete product with no refund received aince 26 February 2025
Ordered online, item got delivered damaged and incomplete. Logged a return, took forever for it to be collected. Return was logged 26 February 2025 and I have followed up numerous times with zero feedback and zero refund received to date.

28 Mar 2025, 16:33So after countless phone calls etc. Makro notifies me today more than a month since I logged the return they have now finally processed my refund and it will reflect within 7 to 14 working days?
