Return unactioned for weeks
I logged a return weeks ago but they are not giving any feedback on when it will be collected and I keep on calling the call centre which then say someone will give me updates
here is three unanswered queries: #MAK***_Return logged and still not collected for almost a month now! Return: ***3 Return: ***4 Return: ***5
MAK***_missing item where free gift was never sent Latest one: after the system change, my old orders are no longer on my profile and i have to go through the hassle of calling a call centre who is not aware that my orders are not reflecting which were placed prior to the system change.
