RETURN REQUEST NOT ATTENDED
Bought Aircon on Black Friday and was delivered on Monday, 28th Nov. I then found that it wasn't what I was looking for. Wrote a request for return. Makro responded the same day with note stating that they will collect it between 2 to 5 days. 5 days have passed. I tried to call them and their phone calls get cut. I sent emails but no reapons
