RETURN REQUEST IGNORED only get "are you happy with our service messages"

Good morning. I have logged a return the DAY I received an item as it was incorrect. I got a confirmation email of the return. However all I have had since is are you happy with our service. Please can you arrange for someone to come and collect the item and refund me my money. Order number: MAK***.
