Return request

My return request hasnt been processed and i am told i cant bring back the headboard back in store as it was purchased from online and it was from a 3rd party.. 1. Am unhappy about the headboard and i havent opened it at all. 2.the headboard was not delieved on time, i had to follow up and it arrived 3 days later. 3.i am told there is no proof of return yet i received to confirm that my return has been processed. its unfair that i have to go back and forth, first for asking for delivery now i have to fight to get this item returned to the company i bought it from as i dont want it any more. To top off Zuthu told me i have to wait for Market place to collect my order or i must contact Market place to process my return yet i made payment to Makro🤷🏽♀️not Market place (she was very rude but couldn't give answers to my questions)
