Return Request

My experience with Makro has been extremely horrible, I ordered a TV on the 3rd of Jan , order was confirmed to be done by the 10th . I follow up day in and day out and I’m told that the provider has started with my order . The TV arrives on the 14th of Jan and it is the incorrect TV , I request for a return to be made so I can receive my refund. It’s now the 30th of Jan and I’m still following up with to have the TV collected , no one has called me to arrange for the collection . When you call they just tell you the that they will call me soon , I have been waiting for that call now since the 14th. I’m extremely disappointed.
