Return Rejected.

I purchased a tablet at Makro Online Alcatel 1t Tablet for R799 a Vodacom locked tablet. I received it on Friday the 14th and it worked for a few hours until Saturday the 15th. I then booked it for return so that I can get a refund since it was still within the 14 days return warranty. I wasn't getting any communique from Makro I was the one who was always texting them on WhatsApp to get feedback, a few days ago a consultant told me that it was booked for repairs with Vodacom and they are still waiting for them to give them a go ahead to refund me , I asked for a reference number so that I can ask Vodacom how far are they with the repair but they told me they don't recognise the reference number I got from Makro. Shocking today I received an email from Makro stating that my return request was rejected and I should fetch the tablet from the store in 2-7 days like how? I don't want the tablet anymore it's battery life is very poor the camera quality is bad. I want a refund as I cannot afford to go to the store to collect the tablet , what will I do with a tablet that is not working.
