Return Policu

I submitted a return policy as advised by an agent after purchasing pots that turned out to be of poor quality—they were peeling and not heat-resistant. When I contacted their agent, Nomathamsaqa, she was unhelpful and indifferent to my issue. She refused to escalate my complaint, claiming there was no manager available. She bluntly stated that they couldn't assist me because I had used the pots. How else was I supposed to know they were defective without using them? The service from that agent was extremely disappointing.
