RETURN OF PRODUCT, NO FEEDBACK ON COLLECTION ON THIS RETURN!!

I purchased a kids smart watch on the 14/03/2025. This watch could not link to my phone as the said serial number did not match. I booked a return on the 19/03/2025 which was scheduled to be collected 24/03/2025. I have been phoning and sending emails as this return has not been collected as of yet. But to no avail. Everytime that I phone I am told that they will contact the supplier but I do not get ANY feedback. Today is already the 31/03/2025. I need this return to be colleted and I need my money to be refunded to my account URGENTLY, Come On Makro Online you can do better!!!!
