Return of Iron

Doing a return at makro is a nightmare i have been trying to do a return for the iron I bought online but i can not do it as the status online has not changed it still “on progress” so it doesn’t allow me to do a return so i have been calling them but they say they are still investigating all the time or they will send a driver to pick it up but there is nothing showing that my return has been attended i call them everyday but no assistance at all
