return of incomplete order

I placed an order on the 16 of March , it was the. Delivered but it was not a complete order, I went to the Alberton Makro and I was told they could not help me and I should log a return, which I did and the item has not been collected ever since, whenever I call someone promises to get back to me but they don’t
