Return of goods
I bought many goods during the first few months of 2014. I returned some of them this 2 weeks back as I'm not getting married any more but was only offered a credit note instead of my cash back. I understand you are not obliged to return my money but I would appreciate it if you can make an exception as I need the cash. Please assist.

Goods purchase from us carry a 14 days and some 7 days return policy, if they are long overdue the store will issue with credit note not redeemable for cash.
Kindly negotiate with the store, the management can use their our discretion.
