RETURN OF A MALFUNCTIONING FRIDGE AND REFUND

I'm so ANNOYED with the service! I REGRET making this purchase. My fridge was delivered on the 18TH of July, MALFUNCTIONING...Logged a Return on the same day, and the earliest date they had for collection was on the 21st of July. I followed up with an email on the 18TH! I followed up on the 19TH of July, as i anticipated disappointment. My gut just told me that im about to experience some horrible service. I followed up AGAIN on the 20TH... I was told they will come because the collection date on the system is the 21ST... Today is the 22ND and guess what? IT'S STILL HERE!!. Just as i thought! And I haven't received any response regarding collection. All I get is stupid reference numbers from their call centre staff. I wanted a replacement, but I've decided to get my refund. And they BETTER pay my money back, I'm not going to play these games with them.
