Return logged but not being processed
I bought a laptop from Makro online shopping. I logged a return on 13 April. They are supposed to come and pick up their laptop and return my money. Until today they haven't. I have called them several times. Each time they apologise, promise to escalate and arrange the pick up and then nothing happens. It's almost a month now.

There was an arrangement for 2 May. On that day I sat at home and waited all day - no one called, no one pitched. I called on Wednesday 3 May to follow up. I was promised that the matter will be treated with urgency. Again the whole of Wednesday no one called. Thursday no one called. Friday I log a Hallo Peter review. Only then you call me. At that time I was in court in the middle of a hearing but I called you back in the afternoon. At that time that woman told me that the pick up will be done on Saturday 6 May. The whole day on 6 May I sat at home and waited all day - no one called no one pitched. This morning you called me while I was driving. I returned your call as soon as I got to the office and again you have the nerve to tell me that you couldn't reach me. What about Saturday when I sat waiting for you all day and you didn't call????
This is madness. Absolute madness.
