On the 18th March 2023, i bought a tv Skyworth 55' smart tv at Makro Brakpan for my parents on the 11th April 2023, when they after placing the tv on the wall bracket they realised that the TV had cracked they took it back to Makro Carnival they refused to take it back and promised to come to the house and examine it todate nothing has been done. i tried calling the store manager however her phone is on voicemail. can some competent really call my back please i need this issue to be resolved.
