Return Denied

I wanted to return a compressor as it was not powerful enough to drive the removal of a lug nut with an air gun. I was advised by the Consultant that it would be sufficient, but it wasn't. At the returns desk I was immediately denied a return without them even checking the device. I was also told that once a compressor is used it cannot be returned. This was not stated to me, nor was it printed on the policy on the till slip. I am greatly disgraced and unsatisfied.

Thank you to Nadeema at Makro Ottery for resolving the return. Really grateful for listening to my experience and resolving the matter.

That was the only bad experience I ever had at Makro in all my years of shopping there.
