Return Collection

I logged return *** for my Online order on 8 Feb 2025. Followed up weekly. I was given the Head Office number and spoke to Mduduzi Buthelezi on 24 Feb. Send another email to makrocare on 26 Feb and received this ref numner ***. On 3 March I received an email from Fatieema Halim saying that she will escalate my return request. On 7 March Benjamin Dalton of Builders send me an email asking if I have been assisted. I suppose Benjamin does not have access to the Makro system. I am still waiting for a return collection of my order. Today is 10 March. I need my money back to purchase the correct product.
